It would be my pleasure to support you. Appointments are available as follows: 

Mondays:  Heath Group Practice in Edgecliff (Level 1, Suite 28, 100 New South Head Road) - 7:30am - 6:00 pm

Tuesdays/Wednesdays: Park Place Building in Bondi Junction (Suite 905 / 3 Waverley Street, Bondi Junction) - 8:15am - 6:00 pm

Online consultations (via Zoom) and telephone consultations are available throughout the week. A referral from a doctor or a Mental Health Care Plan is not required to access my services.  

Scheduling: Please feel free to call me on 0424 248 880 or e-mail me at pauljacobsoncounselling@gmail.com.  I would be happy to speak with you so that we can arrange a time that suits you best.  You are also welcome to book your appointment using my online calendar (below).  A valid credit card is required to book your appointment.

Payment: I accept cash, credit cards, and payment by bank transfer.  I also offer private health rebates through Medibank, ARHG, ahm, Bupa, and HCF.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:  As you may appreciate, it can be difficult to reschedule your appointment with short notice.  Cancellations and requests to reschedule appointment times incur a fee as follows:

More than 48 hours in advance - No charge

24-48 hours in advance - 50% of the session fee is payable

Less than 24 hours in advance / No Show - 100% of the session fee is payable

Booking an appointment via this system confirms your acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions, and your authority to charge your credit card accordingly.
